Paint these skies red with blood
My heart is drowning in this flood
I am scared because your not here
And all it does is feed my fear
Demons are keeping me from sleep
In my mind impressed so deep
Witches pinning down my chest
Beautiful nitemares steal my rest.

If only you could hold me tight
And keep me safe from the night
Fly away from these scarlet dreams
And silence all the bloody screams
But you are never here to save me
So i stay awake, as not to see
These sights that come before my eyes

And in the end, its me that dies.
