Excellent suggestion about the titles.. what you can do is put up the names you\'d suggest for the posting number based titles and if everybody agrees then it will be done.. you can set up a poll after you guys have thought of the whole package.. ekta duto er cheye total package hisebe vote e diley it would be a bit easier..
As for the hierarchy.. it has been maintained from the very beginning.. Sius, Tamal, PC & I have been working for this forum since the very beginning..Sius set the whole thing up and the rest of us kept the law and order..Sting Ray and Boshonto were the advisors.. you can see that Bristir Din E has been promoted to the position of new supermod alongside me and that change in the hierarchy shows that we do appreciate commitments and creativity.. Misho has been added to the advisor board for the same reason..Tamal and PC left for their personal reasons and still are with us even though they have resigned from their official positions.. So from the initial core only sius and i remain..if i resign tomorrow then sius would be the last remaining core member and if he leaves then this forum would be liquidated..Ofcourse he and i are not beyond biasness and nor do we claim to be.. but it has been our brainchild and our fruits of labour and so we would control certain decision making privileges that wont be available to other members.. it works that way with all the forums..i hope you understand that..
The reputation box is and will remain an open one.. you will never have to justify why you gave someone a negative ranking..nor do you have to justify why you gave someone a positive ranking.. if you do give a reason then its great but if you dont then we wont question you because its a matter of pure individual taste and likings and you cant be questioned for your likes and dislikes..boro issue er decision making a voting process ta obosshoi bhalo idea but konta boro issue and konta na sei decision ta fortunately or unfortunately again falls upon the senior admin members which would include the Administrator, Super Moderators and Advisors..we would love to hear your opinions but at the end of the day the decision would be made by the admin body..just like you said.. the forum is for everybody.. but how the forum runs is for us to decide cuz we made it and we run it..but we do appreciate the dedication and efforts all the members put in..
I hope i have been able to clear up the issues you discussed..if you have any other questions then feel free to ask them.. and do work on those titles because its been apparent quite a few of you want changes in them..

Your suggestion is an intriguing one and not at all unrealistic..we will think about it.. as soon as sius is free again for the planned update of the site we can ponder those options and find a suitable solution.. ofcourse someone with a bhul jonmo status is usually considered as a newbie.. though some of them do read a lot of the posts before posting, it may not be the case with all of them.. maybe we can make the luminaries and anyone abobe 500 posts have 5 ranking points and leave the 1 point ranking for anyone under that.. then it wouldnt seem like we are restricting someone from voting just because they havent posted enough and yet those who are very familiar with the forum and its directions will also have a bigger say than the comparatively newbies.. we would include that with the next upgrade if all of the admin body agree with that and if it is possible to make that option..
And suggestions are exactly what they are called.. they are suggestions and thus they dont have to be right all the times.. feel free to give them anytime you want to..if it isnt accepted then we lose nothing.. but if it is then the forum is improved than before.. so theres nothing to lose and a lot to gain..
