All of you are encouraged to suggest user titles..its most welcome because we can always better the existing ones..as for selection, voting can be an option..
But voting wont be the option everywhere because after a certain point its not about democracy anymore.. this forum already provides enough democracy and at the top level autocracy and hierarchy will be maintained..the inclusion of normal members into the admin body is as democratic as its gonna be for now..
