A man goes into a dentist\'s office. \"How much do you charge for a wisdom tooth to be removed?\" he asks the dentist. The dentist says, \"$100 is the standard fee.\" \"No way!!\", says the man, \"I\'m not paying that much! Can\'t you do it for less?\" \"Well,\" says the dentist, \"If I don\'t use anesthetic, I could lower the cost to $70.\" \"That\'s still too expensive. Can you do anything cheaper?\" \"If I don\'t use any electricity,\" the dentist replies, \"and I just pull it with a pair of pliers, it will only cost $20.\" \"No, that is still too much money!\" said the man. \"Well, I\'m sorry!\" said the dentist, becoming angry, \"What do you want me to do? Do you want me to get a student dentist and let him pull the wisdom tooth as on-the-job training and charge you $5?\" yells the dentist. \"That\'s perfect!\" said the man, \"Make an appointment for my wife on Monday!\"
