Starting from BIG BANG to galaxy, universe, this earth, IS everything chemistry or chain reaction?
OR everything is created and regulated by GOD.
Well a Nastik would say, everything is chemistry, there is no GOD.
And a dharmik would say, well someone has to create it.
And then Nastik would say, then who created GOD.

You dont know where you are getting because there is NO such an answer of this question. This question can have infinite solutions. On your third portion of the statement when a nastik would ask who created God? I would answer him - X created god. Then that secular peron would ask again who created X , i would say X to the power of second or I could pick any other source. This way we could have argument time after time. But that would total wate of time nothing else.
Question related to Exixtence of God does n't fall under paradigm shift. Which means, this question is worth asking or there aren't any method to answer this question that can be useful. And this is an answer of your question.
Since there wasn't any solid controversry in support of chain reation or big bang theory presented in this post , therefore, I will stop my point here. If there smthing comes up, it will be answer to its best.
