Very few of us get the chance to study and get high degrees in a subject that we would love to study.. most of us pick one of the subjects that we wont hate and study in that so that we can get a well paid job.. so yes..i agree that a higher degree in most cases does have a big relation with the desire for money.. specially if you consider the amount of money we have to spend on the educational process and how few percentage of the total population get that chance.. we in a way become elites and normally demand higher amount of money than an average joe will..Most probably Mohammad Jafar Iqbal er ekta lekha te porechilam je amader desh er main shomossha hocche higher education er chance ta eto shimito je je keu ektu beshi poralekha korlei nijeke special bhaba shuru kore and he or she has to show that off to everyone.. If i could have chosen my own subject to study then id have definitely gone for Archeology..but unfortunately theres no money or scope in that over here and i had to chose something i like a bit less but enjoy none the less..and currently working in a place where i can put all the skills i have learned to proper use..im a bit lucky in a way to get a chance like that..
