i dont kno how many of you out there will agree with me but as far as i see it Bangladeshe amader generation are very shitty muslims....i kno i shudnt generalise but ami "we" bollam instead of just speakin for myself cos ami amar friend der ke dekhe...oder o amar moto baje obostha...we kno very little about our own religion....khali shukro bar gelam jumma porte...majhe majhe maghrib bas shesh....ekhane non muslim friend ra qtn kore ha kore takai thaki...history janin...history to bad dilam basic facts o jani na thik moto...im just being honest here.....this thread is to pose all those qtns u have...through this thread hopefully we'll learn more about our religion...be more aware of what are the do's and don'ts...karon half of the stuff out there deshe mukhe mukhe spread kora and they are not facts...and plz before u post just remember this amake imam bolchilo...wen it comes to ur religion no qtn is stupid...for those of us who are going to blast this therad with qtns i sincerely hope there are atleast a few ppl here at boshonto who know quite a bit about our religion and will contribute at this thread...one more thing...plz do not pose a qtn until the one that's been asked has been answered...confusion hoi...and those of you think an answer is wrong plz do correct the answer but if you want to argue about it there is a seperate thread i've opened called "A peaceful approach"...oikhane eikhaner topic niye giye feel free to talk it out peaceully offcourse as the thread's title suggest...

i'll start off.....uk te ashar por shunlam misho bhai er kach theke je Jumma foroz na...is this the case? i made the mistake we muslims back home make everyday...just listen to anyone and believe it strait away without lukin it up for ourselves...misho apni kototuk sure ami jani na but jodi aro besh koi ek jon pawa jai who agree with you taile i wouldnt feel the need to ask an imam about it....

You should always feel the need to ask a proper imam about it.. You are in UK and you have access to Imams who are far more educated and well educated about islam..

jumma is not foroz but its wazib. only foroz salat is the daily 5 prayers.

So far I know Jumma is foroz but listen to kutba is wazib. If you pray jumma you don't have pray johor. So if you don't consider jumma as a foroz that mean you got 4 daily��prayers as foroz. People who are travelling jumma is not foroz for them.

People who are residing in UK; jumma would be foroz for them because you staying for considerable time. So far I remember if someone stay in a place for more than 2 months (not sure about correct time) jumma would be foroz. Still recommend checking with Imam.

hmm....offcourse I will check with an imam...but within the first three posts i proved my point that at i made at my introduction....misho bhai ek kotha bollo...ar "doors" ek kotha...however as soon as possible ami ekta imam ke jiggesh kore ei page e post kortesi so that we can move on to another qtn...thnk u all for ur replies
