Mankind has so much of enormous capabilities that they could have made this world into a heaven with their virtues. But the vices inside them didn’t let it happen. Was it really necessary for The Creator to create vices in a human? Or was it just one of his whimsical wish?

Ofcourse it was necessary..if you believe that god has a heaven and a hell setup for us then youd have to believe that he gave us the vice to control.. utilising your good qualities is a lot easier than controlling your bad qualities..so those who are able to do it pass the test he has setup for us..
As for my personal opinion.. i think vice is good for you.. those who have been bad and then turned good are the best of the lot because they know exactly what your vices can give you and still resist the temptation.. most ppl are good because they have never tasted the fruits of being bad..or to rephrase it.. most ppl are good because they dont have the chance to be bad..and by bad i mean really bad.. not those \"ive told this friend about what that friend said\" kinda bad..the world of vice is full of temptations and pleasures.. and to leave that behind is the biggest test of character.. i say that from personal experience..
And also what naheen said.. you wouldnt be able to appreciate good ppl like her unless you have experienced bad ppl like me..LOL..
I think this is a very basic question that comes to even in mind of a child. and i understand life would have lost its excitement without it, and we might not understand the meaning of goodness.
But it is really sad to see all the sufferings people go through because of the vices. at least if only the arrogance was not there in human, life would have been a lot lot more peaceful. Think about war like incidences, those are all generated from this arrogance.

Shush.. i agree about the wars..but i believe they were necessary too.. its the tragedies that help us find the strength that we never knew we had.. who would have thought the socalled spineless bangladeshis could actually win a war when they were pushed that far? and every vice has its pros and cons.. its the ppl who decide which one would overwhelm the others..if gallileo wasnt arrogant enough to ignore the religious figures who threatened him with death, we wouldnt have known earth isnt the center of the universe.. if it wasnt for the arrogance of Colombus, it would have taken god knows how much longer to prove that earth is round instead of flat..but then again if hitler wasnt so arrogant then we might have had a lot less bloodshed..i hope you get what i mean..
