i am currently a member of this science club in BD
trying to do collections for them as they are involved with many innovative / educational also sincere relief distribution, recent one was for monga affected people (they also have some long term plan to help these people earn their living). that was really a great work done by our team members. some of them, i know personally and i have great confidence in them. i was thinking of arranging a fund raising concert on behalf of anushondhitshu-chokro. looking for sponsors right now.
i feel first thing our country lack is the education... if we were properly educated we could have come out of many problems. achokro is publishing science magazine regularly. this club is arranging science fairs and debate competitions all over BD. they created a mobile lab and trying to run that through out our poor-funded schools of BD to let the less fortunate boys and girls get a chance to know the science better. i think for our kids in our country we really have nothing educational or inspiring activities... which we really need to fight against drugs and other dark paths.

Mishor kothai thik, age deshke jano, desher manushke jano, then u decide what to do. Fact is, Bengalis are most probably the most indignant and unleal of all the races. Corrupted to the backbone, and futile in any application. This is indeed an accomplished truth.
So what you actually can do for this miserable bunch of people is NOTHING. Just go on your life enjoying and earning money (in a honest way) and that's it.
Though I'm Bengali, but i'm not afraid of speaking out the cut-glass reality.
