Baba, Maa always right? Isnt that a very weird way to think Naheen? or maybe ive misunderstood your statement..
There are things we know more than them.. ofcourse there is.. and theres nothing wrong with that.. which ones we know more for sure depends on the person and his or her parents.. ami easily bolte partam we know more about technology like computers etc than our parents but what if your father works in IBM? lol.. the example would be futile then..
Bristir Din E.. i personall never had a problem with telling my parents they are wrong if i thought they are.. which in most cases would end up in a logical arguement where all of us would put up our logics and points and the winner came out in the end.. there ofcouse was times when i got scolded but then you shouldnt be scared to stand up for what you believe is the truth..regardless of who it is thats telling you its wrong..and ofcourse there are times when the emotional blackmail comes in from the parents where they want you to do stuff for them even when they and you both know its wrong.. i always did what i thought was the priority in that situation..ofcourse parents have a high priority but then so do i.. its often that we forget our responsibilities towards us.. parents love you more than anybody else but love doesnt make one right all the times.. they can be wrong and they need to be shown that they are wrong.. that would only help them improve.. what we shouldnt do is hold a grudge against them for being wrong.. its better to come out in the open and say it like it is..thats what i believe anyways..
Aar generation gap is ineveitable.. you have a generation gap with anyone who is 5-7 years younger or older than you.. thats not an excuse we can use to claim things as right or wrong..the definition of right and wrong at times depends on the person who would be doing the stuff.. Generation gap keu intentionally distance maintain kore create korte pare na.. it depends on the changing social values and culture and the variables of cultural inputs like music, clothings, social norms etc..
