Honorable return of the remains of Late Bir Shrestho Flight Lieutenant Matiur Rahman from Pakistan
Target: Begum Khaleda Zia, Honorable Prime Minister of the Peoples Republic of Banglade, Government of the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh

Flight lieutenant Matiur Rahman was honored the highest award in the liberation war of Bangladesh in 1971. His remains are still in Masroor Air Force Base Pakistan and treated disrespectfully. This petition is about bring his honorable remains to his motherland for whom he sacrified his life and where he is a hero.

I signed the petition but i doubt if it will have any effect on the governement.. but still a very noble cause indeed..Matiur Rahman has been one of my heroes since i was a child..

hei guys.. don't thank me. thank those guys who took the initiatives. I just accedenatally followed the link knowing form my classmate Saber. I just posted here thinkin you would be interested.

It's a matter of real disgrace that even the political team who claim to be the side of '71 - didn't take any initiatives for this. they are only busy doing business with the name of liberation war.
