players like Aftav, Ashraful,Murtoza, Russel, Shahadat, Rana, Nafees, Shahriar, Tushar.... list goes on.
My bet goes for Shahriar Nafees, Aftav and Abdur Razzak.

i think all of them got the talent and they are young too...all they need is more practice and need more to play against international teams...they shud play consistency and well so they can succeed in future...
as seen in the results of the poll, almost all of them potential to be successful in the future.. it will be interesting to see how actually succeeds.. Shahriar Nafees is doing good now..Aftab seems technically sound too.. Ashraful showed a lot of promise in the beginning but now he rarely plays a good innings.. Nothing to be said about Bangladeshi bowlers - the only bowler who has been consistant in the BD team is Rafique who I'm afraid will retire very soon..
