I don’t know if I can show you proofs in one post, but I\'ll give it a good shot.. keep being curious and answers will keep coming..
Well.. proof or evidence as we know it. There are many, and some are just trivial. But first let me start by saying, that I\'m not really an Alim in Islam, thus my writings can be flawed. However, I\'ll try to point your attention to professional publications as much as possible, so that you may get some idea individually.
First thing first..
Let’s start with atheism. Denial of God all together. It is only recently that people denied God all together. How, or what was their explanation. Well, they put forward Darwin\'s theory of evolution. According to Darwin\'s publication - Origin of Species(1859), life began as single celled organisms. How did that happen, Darwin had no explanation. He left it on chance - meaning, some molecules came together formed protein chains and so forth (Somehow). No explanation provided. In fact this is one of the riddles mocking science. Evolutionists are still pushing the idea forward, trying different ways of proving the theory. But till this date, we still call it Darwin’s Theory of Evolution, not Laws of Evolution. To talk about Darwin and what he did I\'ll take whole day. This site has much information about Darwin and how it was a curse to humanity. To give you a small example - According to Darwin, evolution is a continuous process, and by chance, one individual is born a bit more suited to the environment and by the natural selection he prevails as new species or something like that. And thus he claimed that White men were the most evolved and blacks were the least. Thus slavery was justified by this theory. There are many leaders like Hitler, Mao, Stalin, etc. who adapted their philosophy of rule taking ques from Darwin. We all know how many they killed. Anyway, beyond this point it is irrelevant to talk any further about Darwin (please refer to the site mentioned above or ask any Biologist, or Doctor for proof of Darwins theory or why it cannot be proven)..
It was needed to talk about Darwin, cause this theory alone is misleading people by the bunch.
Now, let’s come back to proven science. We know, the structure of a cell. Every living thing is made of cells. Cells have a few things in common. For the moment let’s look at DNA. We know that it is there is every cell. And one DNA contains enough information to rebuild the whole animal or plant from scratch. It is commonly quoted that one DNA chain contains enough information to equal the Britannica Encyclopedia, the whole 30 volumes of it 3 to 4 times over. In other words we are looking at about 5 to 8 gigs of information. But that is only the surface of the matter. \"it is true that the bases, sugars, and phosphates comprising the nucleotides in DNA are ordinary chemicals that react according to ordinary laws. Yet those same laws do not explain how the chemicals came to function as a cellular language\" (1). The language that the information is presented in is further more interesting. Unlike binary digital information system, DNA has four bases (A,T,G and C). Let’s look at this math example:
A medium protein might include about 300 amino acids. The DNA gene controlling this would have about 1,000 nucleotides in its chain. Since there are four kinds of nucleotides in a DNA chain, one consisting of 1,000 links could exist in 4^1,000 forms. Using a little algebra (logarithms) we can see that 4 ^1,000=10^600. Ten multiplied by itself 600 times gives the figure 1 followed by 600 zeros! This number is completely beyond our comprehension. (2)
I\'ll leave this topic here hoping it was enough to demonstrate that DNA didn’t just pop up in water without someone designing it specifically.

Now, let’s come to Islam.
I suppose it is logical to look for miracles, especially when a prophet is involved. Every prophet (may peace be on all of them) had their miracles to show to people that he is indeed a messenger from God.
No doubt our Prophet Mohammad (peace be on him) was GIVEN his share of miracle. But first let’s look at the term MIRACLE for a second.
Miracle - mir•a•cle (Noun) - An event that appears inexplicable by the laws of nature and so is held to be supernatural in origin or an act of God. (Dictionary.com)
Let’s look back a bit.
Prophet Ibraheem (peace be on him) was thrown to fire and that fire blazed for days on end. Fire was taken to be God by the people of those days (along side more gods). The huge fire that those people raised did not burn him at all. They tied his hands with ropes, which were burnt away, without harming Prophet Ibraheem (may peace be on him). Thus when the fire went out he walked up in front of the people unharmed. The direct message - their Fire god was powerless against him, who ever is protecting him as he claims is the real God.
Prophet Moses (peace be on him) held a staff which turned into snake and devoured other snakes of Pharos’s illusionists. Magic and illusion was at the time the cutting edge stuff. His triumph was the miracle at the time and the magicians acknowledged that, though pharaoh killed them for doing so. Further more he let his people across the sea. The children of Israel did cross the red sea, to settle around Jerusalem (after 40 odd years), but these are historical facts, not myth.
The point is that, All Mighty showed us miracles in times as it was suited best, and he is All Wise to know the best.
So, if we look at the Noble Quraan from that point of view, it holds very strong ground. There many reasons why. To begin with, let’s look at the time and condition of place where Quraan came. It was 1400 years ago. The people hardly knew any science, as far as I know, there were about 13 odd people (known) to be able to read. And out Prophet (peace be on him) was not one of them, he could not read or write. The people of the time were busy with tribunal feud, their morals were so illogical that they found reasons to bury their daughter if she was born first in the family. It was middle of the desert with nothing much notably extra ordinary. Except Poetry. Poetry was their thing of the time. Poets held major role in warfare, politics and boosting morale of soldiers. At such time came the Quraan with the challenge to produce one chapter like that of Quraan (Smallest chapter is Soora Kauthar, with 3 verses only). And they were unable to do so. In fact this challenge is still standing yet no one actually could come up with some thing as eloquent and full of wisdom.
Now, TODAY, we know the era as the information age. Still today we are in awe, because the informational integrity of Quraan is uncompromising. How we say? well let me note a few e - books.

But before I go, I\'ll leave something for you to think about. This idea was told by late Ahmed Deedat (may Allah have mercy on him) that the 99 + 1 names of Allah is a miracle in itself. How? Well, Allah has introduced himself by telling us 99 of his attributes, like for example, Ar-Rahman( The Beneficent), Ar-Raheem (The Merciful), Al-Aziz (The Mighty).... + 1 proper name Allah (that is the name of our Lord). Now, for someone not knowing these names, see how many attributes he/she can come up with. Go ahead, give it a try, see how many attributes can be imagined.
