I think by bd naheen meant Non-Metro areas.. the number there IS limited and whether they have the willingness to pay to be in a forum by using the cybercafes is also a debatable matter.. but since its been done already and since theres no harm in it, lets keep it that way.. if it works..GREAT.. if it doesnt.. No harm done..
